What we do

At NW2H Maintenance, we offer both bespoke facility managment and reactive management services, across the North West. From residential block management and maintenance to commercial facility management.
NW2H Maintenance is owned by a construction led group with joinery, decorating, plastering, plumbing, electrical & mechanical services in-house, our aim is to not only provide a one-stop shop element for our construction clients post completion, but to prevent other landlords and leaseholders from future refurbishment costs.
